Right of withdrawal
I. Scope
According to Section 312g Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for distance selling contracts, e.g. when purchasing goods in online shops, as well as contracts concluded outside of business premises, i.e. in accordance with the detailed provisions of the explanations below.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his or her commercial nor his or her independent professional activity.
According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No., a consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
II. Cancellation policy
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded or, in the case of a sales contract, on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods or, in the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods or, in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial deliveries or pieces, on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial delivery or the last piece or, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time, on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the first goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
2. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, I will refund all payments that I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
If you have requested that services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay me an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify me of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

IV. Further information
Please note that you must return the goods in proper condition.
Please therefore ensure that you protect the goods sufficiently from damage, such as scratches, and contamination before returning them. Please return the goods with all accessories and all packaging components in the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available or has been damaged, please use suitable outer packaging to ensure that the goods are sufficiently protected from transport damage. For example, use bubble wrap, filling material or a sturdy cardboard box.
Please return the goods at your own expense, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The costs for return shipping are to be borne by the consumer.
These instructions, which are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, are intended to ensure that the returned goods arrive in a condition that allows proper inspection and processing of the withdrawal. Please note that the consumer can be held liable for self-inflicted reductions in value.
