“Storm Warning” was created in 2021 as part of the picture series “Clouds” for the picture book of the same name from Eichhörnchenverlag. Although not reproduced in the book, the drawing is an important highlight of the series. Its otherwise often calm, thoughtful and sometimes dance-like strokes are given a dramatic counterpoint here.
In the edition, the drawing “Storm Warning” is published for the first time and limited to 10 copies plus 2 ea*. The signed art prints measuring 17.8 x 24.0 cm on Hahnemühle Museum Etching, 350 g printed by d'mage in Berlin, are each accompanied by a copy of the picture book WOLKEN by Gerd Knappe and Susanne Haun, also signed by Susanne Haun. Together they are a feast for the eyes and souls of art lovers of all ages who like to let their gaze wander into heights and distances.
